I think Tiffany just means Demi has tried dating guys who haven't got strong faith and maybe should try it. Nothing wrong with that. I do like the fact she actually cares about her friend. She's older (24) and wiser & engaged so must know something about dating boys!
And why can't you have faith but enjoy parties and having a good time?! Wow, judgmental much? I'm not religious (by any means) but I respect people who are. Having faith doesn't mean you can't be a nice guy either. Sharing the same religious belief does help in a relationship.
I don't think Tiff meant she should pass up a guy because he's not Christian (look at Joe, supposed to holier than thou!). She just means it's another option for her to look for in a guy. She obviously needs a guy who can keep her on her toes if she gets bored easily (and who doesn't!).

saying 'strong faith' doesn't necessarily mean identifying with being a christian. there are people who could be considered christians but dont have a strong faith and people who have a strong faith but wont consider themselves christians.
