It looks like Avan is some sort of zombie thing.And the guy behing him maybe a Native American, it looks like it with the paint onhis face. I would say the whole "they could just be friends" bit, but they have been seen out alone before hand,and Miley doesn't stay single for long, so i'm not sure.
