Demi's the one who did drugs & partied. She set herself up to get caught and she did. IDT Demi would just punch Alex, either. I think she was high. Which is exactly the police were not called. Demi woulda got booked again.
That being said, I still IDT Alex should sue. It's not worth it. Demi's lawyer will use her "mental illness" as a excuse which'll help her defense quite a bit.
