Alex Welch Suing Demi & Plastic Surgery?
Alex Welch is suing Demi Lovato for punching her in the face next week & she is seeking medical treatment from a plastic surgeon, reports Radar Online. Her attorney Donald Karpel said injuries his client sustained warranted emergency medical care and further consultation from a cosmetic surgeon.
Karpel also said Welch intends to take Lovato to court. 'We will be filing a lawsuit next week. We will be seeking punitive damages for assault, battery and mental stress.' Will Demi be paying for all her medical bills? 'We are exploring all of our options right now. After the attack, Alex had to get emergency treatment. She is now consulting a Beverly Hills ears, nose and throat plastic surgeon.'
Patrick Lovato warned: 'Demi has really good lawyers and so does Disney, this girl shouldn't sue. She won't win.' Do YOU think that Demi should pay for Alex's plastic surgery?
