Miley Cyrus smoking out of a bong. According to TMZ, Miley celebrated her 18th birthday by smoking a bong at a party at her home 5 days after her 18th birthday. The bong was filled with the natural herb salvia which has psychedelic qualities. Possession of salvia is legal in California. The video was shot by one of Miley's friends, someone stole or copied the video from that friend's camera.

I never called it drugs. I just said I wouldn't care if she did.
Plus I don't think that's salvia in her bong. Salvia smoke is not that thick and it makes you sleepy and kinda droopy. She's a fucking riot. Seems like pot if you ask me.

pisses me off.. alright I am 17 myself.. turning 18 in a few days and I never smoked anything or even thought of smokin something..
It is deff not a normal thing to do for a teen growing up.
She could have been pretty huge in the business cause of her fan base..but a lot of them lost their respect for her.
I feel sorry for her and I truly wish her the best and hope she'll get better cause I actually enjoy her and her entertaining personality.
