Professional actor Joe Jonas Top Chef interview. So what surprised you most about appearing on Top Chef? The biggest surprise about being a guest judge was the fact they asked me to do it. It’s such a huge opportunity to be apart of Top Chef. What are your signature dishes? I love to cook!
My signature dish are my fish tacos, and I made Turkey on Thanksgiving which turned out really well. What do you usually eat on road? I try and stay as healthy as possible. Sometimes that’s a little difficult because on the road I have the opportunity to visit so many new restaurants.
Fave restaurant? Osteria Mozza is one of my all time favorites. Strangest thing you’ve ever eaten? Jellied eels was by far the strangest thing I’ve ever eaten, and I’m not a big fan of it. New projects coming? I have a few music projects that are in the works, and I can’t wait to reveal more details soon.
