Now that Miley Ray Cyrus is 18 she has gained access to the $100 million she earned from Disney’s Hannah Montana. Billy Ray, who is now in the process of divorcing Mommy Tish, is trying to get Miley to use the money responsibly, but she has refused. A source told New! Magazine:
'They’ve had family meetings where Billy has tried to lay down the law about what Miley can and can’t do with the cash, but she’s not interested in listening. Except....not. BR has money. Have you not seen their Franklin estate? They don't need Miley's money. Theyir problem is leniency. Tish used to be a bit more stright but she's gotten so Hollywood and soft sicne she's taken on the manager role. She has stopped being a mother. And BR needs tog et out of Nashville and figure out what's going on with his daughter.
