you can tell she is pissed that miley did that.. but i agree with the person that said at least billy ray acts like hes a parent, tish is just to much of a friend to miley then a mother she really needs to be set in line right now even if she's 18 even if it was just a bong its a gate way drug to harder drugs and i really don't want her to end up like lindsay lohan always on drugs and then it ruined her career. i would hate to see the same thing happen to miley.. she needs her parents and not just tish where is billy ray in all this??
