I agree with every nomination in those lists. Miley isn't THAT bad of an actress (unlike Kristen Stewart who completely fails at showing the right emotion), but Miley needs to learn how to walk with better posture, less like a dude to look more realistic

Though, it was pretty bad overall.
You have to be considered an actor or actress with at least one successfull film to even be considered in this category. That is why certain other actors or actresses aren't on the list. Their film(s) flop(ped) at the box office and they have had one successful one.

But, that isn't what this award's about. This award is the overall performance from the actor. In this case, the performance was stale and mediocre.
And for the people stating that it was 'the best movie of 2010'.

I read the book and I liked it so when i heard that the lead actors would be Miley and Liam I was very disapointed because I didn't know who the hell Liam was and I don't think Miley is an actress, she def doesn't got what it takes... She wasn't born to be an actress.
But I decided to watch the movie anyways and I disliked it a lot, they ruined the book.
Sometimes that's the problem, movies have a good script and they have everything to do well but they flop because they have horrible actors... Here is the same, I agree with the nomination

When it comes to acting, I definitely think Stewart excels. I do however think that the characters that she chooses to portray in her movie are usually similar to her actual personality.

These awards are all in good fun. Sometimes the "worst" actors even show up to claim their reward and have a little fun with it. You have to know how to laugh at yourself, especially in Hollywood. Sandra Bullock last year got one of these Razzies AND got an Oscar for the same movie, so that should show you how serious they are. It's all just in good fun.

The hype surrounding Miley is past gone. It's not 2009 anymore. Her new music is good, she deserves some recognition for CBT.

Miley Cyrus is just not a good actress. She wasn't on Hannah Montana, and she wasn't on The Last Song. But it's not like she's ever had amazing roles or scripts to act for either, and it looks like her next movies aren't going to be that great. They seem like straight to DVD material.
Kristen Stewart is so-so. The Twilight movies were pretty much bad scripts, and Bella is not a good character, I thought she had the same pathetic-ness that she did in the books. The Runaways was pretty good, I thought Kristen Stewart did a good job, same with Dakota Fanning. Just maybe not the singing. Kristen Stewart's older movies weren't so bad either.
Bottom line Miley Cyrus is not an actress, and I'm not even a hater, I like her. She can sing (sometimes). And she seems like she'd be cool if she didn't try so hard to be badass.
