Miley Cyrus visited boyfriend Joshua Bowman on Sunday night, photographers told X17 that she was speeding and driving mom Tish's black Mercedes SL 'like a nut' on the way home. Miley left her boy toy's house at 9 PM.

Yeah, sure. Not. Most likey she wasn't speeding, it was the paps who said that because Miley hasn't been answering thier questions and telling them to get away. The paps probally made up the speeding part, just like they made up the fake story about her being stopped by the police for talking on her cell phone last year, and it turned out the truth was she called the police on them.
