she still dresses up all the time, shes just been wearing casual outfits for when shes doing dancing rehearsals for her tour. thats why shes been wearing sweat pants, and she's most likely wearing casual outfits in haiti because its more about the charity work then the fashion.
because she got annoyed with all the glittery girly stuff like she had to wear in Hannah Montana all the time. and because she likes rock n' roll-ish stuff.
funny you say that 'cause people are usually upset and calling her slut and stuff when she wears her short shorts...I'm with you I mean I like her in sweats as well but I love her in shorts!
