Okay so shes 13 and acting like that. That is one thing about these young disney channel stars. You pick them young already acting screwed up. Her parents need to talk to her before she ends up pregnant at 16.
Any pictures she may have linked is probably because she wants to start early like the other stars by showing them that she's not some little kid that wants to stay that way on disney channel.
