This is just my opinion. I think they broke up in January bc neither tweeted for days and when tweeted it was usually retweets. I know this sounds bad, but what if Sam did something to hurt nick and announcing he was single was a good way to get back at her. I also heard (I have no proof, just hearsay) that Sam and Scott have been dating all month. Like I said, I only heard this, no proof. Who knows, but I had to retract that nick wrote that he was single.

I think the break up was mutual and it happened in January. Remember when nick didn't tweet for like 2 weeks and when he did they were just retweets. I noticed Sam didn't tweet for a long time too. They probably ended it on a friendly basis and the way Denise is she probably felt comfortable enough with the break up to tweet her. My ex boyfriends mom tells me love you whenever she sees me, some people are just caring. Another reason I think it happened in January is bc nick has had a lot of extra time time that he could have gone to London and he didn't. He is too young for a serious relationship, he needs to be a teenage boy and go out and have fun....
