Demi admitted to it though. She took full responsibility and acted very maturely. She was wrong, she admitted it. I think people were respecting her because they knew she was going through a really hard time and the hate would just make things worse.
But I do agree with the Selena thing, Selena doesn't deserve it. Fangirls are always unnecessarily jealous and hateful of their celebrity crush's "significant other". It's stupid but it can't be stopped.

No one else will be co-hosting with Selena this year because they only have 1 celeb co-host every year (and by that I mean a musician or group counts as one) cause then they also have the MuchMusic VJ's that host the show as well and this year they have 7 VJs, Jesse, Sarah, Liz, Pheobe, Lauren, Damian, and T-Rexxx.
Should be a good show though... only thing is Selena better be ready to party for this award show cause it isn't like the Grammy's or the Oscars, it's a full out block party with thousands of fans. Probably one of the best award shows I've ever seen and this year will be no different.
