Demi is not the most hated. Go to her most recent post and just look at the comments. It's pretty evil. Selena's is mixed. Some comments will say she looks pretty, and some will say her singing sucks. And Miley's post are mostly positive with a couple of sarcastic comments on her outfits every now and then.
