The fact that Demi got ANOTHER tattoo on her wrists besides "Stay Strong" is actually pretty trashy. She was all about recovery and telling her sob story everywhere, but she gets a pair of LIPS right above it? I personally don't think Demi is changing, she's going right back to the same patterns, and I'm not feeling sorry for her when the same thing happens again.

I personally think that tattoo is trashy. Her kids are really going to love that.

I don't understand how people think tattoos are "dirty, trashy, skanky, etc." It's a work of art, a permanent reminder, and a work of self expression. I got my first tattoo at 15, and i'll never regret it. So, haters. Please explain?

guys, the lips are for Hannah's campaign Sober Is Sexy, which encourages young adults to have fun, WITH OUT getting wasted. it actually does mean something. and it's not tacky, gtfo if you don't even understand what it's for

personally i don't like the lips (not my thing), but that's fine if she wanted to get the tattoo. I don't really think she should have gotten it only because, while she is in recovery, that's closer to Hanna's heart just the way those stay strong tattoos are close to Demi's. While it applies to her, it's not as personal as it is to Hanna. I also don't agree with getting matching tattoos as your friends. You never know where you're going to end up in five or ten years, and do you really want a tattoo that you share with four other girls that you might not be friends with and may have ended on bad terms with? I don't think Demi thought it through before she got it. And while it is her body and she can get whatever she wants tattooed onto it, i think she's going a bit tattoo crazy and really just getting them for the sake of it now.

Anon, I do understand what those lips are for, and I still think they're tacky. if she supports it so much, the phrase "sober is sexy" would have been a better tattoo if she had to get one at all. the lips are just trashy and weird, and the fact that they're so close to her "stay strong" tattoo just take away from a good tattoo for her.
personally I think Demi is having a bit of a struggle with avoiding cutting and her ED, so she's getting tattoos to make up for it; she wants to still feel something. I adore her and I love what she stands for, but I feel like she's not going down the path she was heading towards in treatment. I hope she just doesn't end up in trouble again.

and to whoever was asking, yes, Demi basked in drugs and alcohol for a little bit, though it was never to a point where she needed rehab for it. it was typical teenage experimentation.
