I had a friend who dealt with eating disorders, she ended up getting help a couple years ago. She didn't go to a center like Demi, she just went to classes and had to be monitored alot,
but she said that alot of girls who went to treatment for anorexia/bulimia end up coming out with alot of weight on, then after about 9-12 months shed it off and go to a normal healthy weight.
She said it's normal for them to come out with a little chub...

so that's probably what happened to Demi.
