Ariana's a really sweet girl. She was just having some fun with her friend who is studying to be a photographer. It was good practice. Whether it was photoshopped or not, that's what all professional photographers do. They touch things up. If you went to a studio and got a photograph, the photographer would do touchups on you as well.

As for those of you who claim that she is "fake" or "conceited." I can promise she is not. I've met her. She's incredibly friendly and giving. Please don't judge someone without getting to know them first.
