That's more because they decide to put every criminal in jail, from petty crime to mass murder. We're more talking about the bigger criminals

Jail or no jail, death or no death. She will never wipe this from her slate. Her reputation is final. The world knows who she is. She might as well be dead. She has to live underground and keep herself away from the public for the rest of her life.

Killing is killing so I guess no.

I don't think anyone feels that the the death penalty should be applied for all cases of murder. More along the lines of serial murderers, serial rapists, child predators, etc. If any of you opposing the death penalty can read through this and still believe what you believe, I'm already questioning your sense of morality. Which is ironic, considering that's what all of your arguments are based on.

The only way to teach heartless person and to make them see what they done is make them feel what someone else felt. How many people learn thru experience event upon themselves. I personally think that serial murders should not be kill but they should not get the vip treatment either, I think instead of the death penalty I think this serial killers should serve a purpose for what they done. I was thinking that they should be set up for science, Like you know that when a medicine can not pass the law unless it has been trial on people before is release to the public I think that instead of using monkey since they need an actual human they should used this killer body to try to find a cure for society deadliest disease, why kill them when they can be used to try on new medication, Like for a drug to be pass to cure cancer for example instead of using a innocent person why not use a serial killer to try the drug on, they already lost all it's right, instead of killing them why not used them as a way to try new medication for the sick! and probably save millions of people. I actually got an A on this idea on a paper that discuss such a situation and the professor was impress that I wouldn't choose the death penalty but try to do something positive for humanity as a way of punishing the guilty and instead of killing them they have to serve their purpose as a way of giving back to innocent people. Of course i went into details on different type of settings and such, she said nobody has ever thought of that idea and maybe the goverment should think of it instead of waisting money on using placebo and trial drugs on innocent people.
