I think he is practically saying that is no one else's business,Its between the 2 of them.
And he is right. As much as we might want to know about their private life, it is up to them, how much we get to know.
I think its healthy in Hollywood to keep something private, if not a secret, just not hiding is a lot healthier than not admitting to something, yet never denying it. .
People always forget that interviews are done months in advance from when they come out. Some people are acting as if he said this yesterday.
He ACTUALLY did this interview when they first got back together/were working on it, before tour even. Miley was saying the same thing at the time as well. Plus, I think it's more of him saying "none of your business." OU always posts misleading titles.
