But the musical is pretty much known for Dan Radcliffe and in January for Darren Criss.

Would rather the news be that he's doing something with his brothers. But am very happy for him. And all the snobby broadway people that are putting him down now as not comparing to Daniel Radcliff. He sings BETTER and dances just as well. They will be eating their words opening night. Maybe they should check out his Hairspray videos on You Tube. Only thing that bothers me is that in some of the photos from Mexico he wasn't looking his usual healthy self.

I'm happy for him but I agree :/ I assumed he was just gonna produce until Joe was done touring and promoting fast life & then they'd be back but obviously they're not interested in touring together soon at all.

Broadway isn't a death sentence for JB, Joe going solo is.Broadway is a great move for him. Broadway singers and actors are majorly respected. And he can always do music in addition to it.

oh-_- well it seemed like broadway. i mean i'm not upset with him for doing it but they've just been telling their fans JB isn't over. and we wait and wait and this surprise announcment comes and everyone thinks it's about JB when it's not:/
This role will definitely be more of a challenge for Nick. This role rely more on acting and dancing (which is why Dan could do it) than singing so it's basically the opposite of Nick's strengths.

That's why they need Nick, they need a young star to pull people in cause How to Succeed is not a big musical
Totally understand the disappointment that this wasn't an announcement about the brothers doing something together. But quite a few of the female fans have moved on and think the Jobros are for someone younger. And guys & adults have mocked them about their religion and write them off as a fad. How else are they supposed to increase their fanbase & gain some respect? Joe's solo try and Nick's Broadway thing are only going to help them if they come back together.
If he announced a new album then everyone would complain that he's stealing Joe's spotlight. It's 6 months not a death sentence. If everyone's gonna forget about him if he does Broadway, well isn't that your fault?
