Nick Jonas MOVING TO NEW YORK?
Nick Jonas WSJ interview on lead role in 'How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying in Broadway. Why did you decide to take role of J Pierrepont Finch? My brother [Kevin] saw the show on a Sunday, here in New York, he lives just in New Jersey. He came out to LA on a Monday and was buzzing about the show and how amazing he thought it was and he said if there’s ever an opportunity for you to play this role, you must. It’s perfect.
& so I did some research, and within a couple days I was out here in New York, seeing the show and meeting with the producers, and talking about coming into the show. It’s amazing to finally release the news, to get my fans behind it, and to involve the already amazing Broadway community in it as well.
Do you plan to relocate to New York? You know, it’s all sort of in the works. I start up in January so I’ve got a bit of time. We’re going to South America on tour first in the next couple weeks. Then some things in the fall, then I’ll be here.
Would you be interested in doing a play and more film? Absolutely. I’ve already looked into some film work as well. A play would be amazing. I do love singing and the dancing side of the theater as well, but acting is a definite passion. So if there’s a role that feels right, I’d definitely consider it. Pix of Nick leaving LA HERE!

You know what's sad? Nick said "we're going to South America" but that we was without his brothers, it wasn't even like "I'm going on a side tour" It kind of made everything sound more permanent... but I can't wait to see him in this show:]
Old news.. his 5 million dollar apartment is in NY or in that area...

No his 5 million dollar apartment is in LA, at the W Hollywood.
Pretty obvious he is going to have to move to NYC while on Broadway. Broadway shows do 8 performances a week, so they only get Sunday nights and Mondays off. He wouldnt be able to commute from LA

if he moves to NY he will start to hang out with kevin more which is very good because that way he will break up with the airplane cause you know maybe he can make nick understand that she is no good and he will be the same old nick again .that's my theory:)
Obviously with that schedule, he won't see LA till July. Of course he has to have a place in NY. He doesn't have to buy a place to live there, though.
