    One thing I can’t stand is musical snobbery or close-mindedness. Music is a combination of expression AND talent. And anyone who supposedly knows about musical history would know that you don’t need to put down artists cause you obviously dislike them or their style of music. All music branches have talented people who deserve respect. Blues and rap and jazz and country, etc, etc, contribute to music evolution. Miley deserves respect for her Dylan tribute. It shows she knows HER music history and has an open mind.

    i don’t like miley cyrus at all and the only reason i listened to her cover was for comedy reasons…yet i was pleasantly surprised. her cover was not only tolerable it was great! i loved it! her voice is much more suited to sing folk/country type of songs instead of that crappy pop music she spews.
