I've been doing Pilates for the past week or so and I really like it. Pop pilates on youtube is really good if you don't have classes around you like me. You'll have to mix in cardio as well. Eat as clean as possible. That's what I'm currently doing.
OceanUp changed the main picture to one where they look the most disinterested in one another. Way to go.

Zumba is great for cardio! And all over, it's hard to spot reduce. But remember losing fat and toning up is 80% diet, so of you're only doing the exercise and drinking sodas and eating processed foods, you won't get much results! I think the harder part for me is the exercise over the food! Haha

I've been doing Pilates for the past week or so and I really like it. Pop pilates on youtube is really good if you don't have classes around you like me. You'll have to mix in cardio as well. Eat as clean as possible. That's what I'm currently doing.

I never know how to explain it, I always say yoga on steroids even though it's not really like that! Haha. I'm doing the beginners videos right now, the particular one I'm doing targets abdominal muscles, thighs, and arms. I was so sore the first day after I did it! I personally really like it haha

LOL I had to fly into New York for my dad's wedding like in '06 and his wife is from Long Island so I know that isn't like the city, but the driver who picked us up from the airport drove like a maniac and so did everyone else. I was freaking out.
