Idk if she took them off after pilates or wherever, or if the camera just caught her at a bad angle and she had a wedgie, but she was obviously wearing them earlier. I think after seeing the video in which paps got shots of her crotch, it's safe to say she ran out of there and sped out quick. I don't think she intended on anyone taking shots up her dress like that. And to her defense, the dress wasn't that short when she was standing up. I think there is something wrong with Miley weight wise.I used to be soo jelous of her curvaceous body and she used to always bang on about curvy girls but now all of a sudden she's been working out like crazy and how there's nothing of her..
