I don't think she does. Her face is too shiny and dewy to have a powder or something heavy on, her brows aren't filled and. At the MOST all she has is mascara. Her lip color looks pretty close to her natural color, plus you have to take into account the lighting that probably changes some of the coloring also.

Demi tweeted this photo right before she went to bed it was like 1 am her time. And no her lips are actually pretty red she is probably wearing Chapstick or something. Her face is too shiny to be wearing any foundation. Some of you guys need to find something better to do, and figure out the differences between wearing makeup and not wearing make up.
