Gotta admit, Miley's looking good with or without the bra. She looks so much healthier. Is it me, or has she grown? I know she's wearing boots w heels, but those heels look like 2 inches. Her Mom is 5'7" and when Miley's right next to her, Miley is 2 inches taller. I think she's grown and is now 5'7" ish. That also might account for the appearance of weight loss. I do have to laugh though, Liam's career is taking off and he wants to present an image and she's showing off her "assets" and getting more press than he is. Gotta lol.
