She just didn't seem like she wanted to be their. She is singing a song a bout having fun.... yet the performance was boring. She had no energy.

What do you guys expect? She shows more enthusiasm and energy with her fans in her concerts than she does performing on TV shows with mostly adults. If I just stayed on stage like that, I'd be a little bored too.

Okay so one thing is disliking her voice and her music, cause she's not necessarily the best singer, but she looks amazing, her thighs are not fat, stop being so rude, that comment just shows how fucked up society's conception of beauty is.

It doesn't matter who her audience is, she is a performer and must perform! She is a professional actor and one of the first things you learn when you get into acting is "Fake it til you make it." She needs to start going by that because this performance was pitiful.

Actually I strongly disagree. Yes these young women are currently among the it girls for leading roles. The thing is Selena is not jumping at leading roles. She is biding her time and meticulously taking the longer wiser route. She is currently going after supporting roles as the aforementioned girls did. Selena is vying for roles that can help her hone her craft before she goes after higher profile leading roles. As with the rest of her career she seems to have the smarts to make it and last. I have a lot of faith in her commitment and abilities.

I have nothing against Selena, personally. It's just I hate everything she stands for. She can't sing, dance, play any instruments, or write music and her acting is barely average, yet she is extremely famous. Why? Because she's pretty and dates whomever is famous. She may have LOOKED Flawless, but that performance was anything but. In fact, I'd say it was pretty flawfull... which is a very fitting word, because it encompasses the word "awful."

When people don't like someone for no reason. it's so stupid, and that happens on these comment posts all the time. SO everyone just calm down. But if we're here to judge her performance, NOT HER, than it is above fair to say that she is not what you call a talented singer, or a singer at all. If she had to get into singing the hard way, she would never have made it without Disney.
