i don't think she lost weight healthy. I did her winsor pilates and it's so muuuuch easier than my pop pilates. Moreover , she goes to the course like 4 5 times a week and does a little jog. That's not enough for a body like hers..i did intense pop pilates for 5 months and i still don't look like her( even if i'm 8 cm taller)...it's something with the food..that she's not eating..
No there is no way she could have her abs without eating. Now shes just watching what she eats.
well i didn't say she is not working out at all! you can do your abs in like 3 4 weeks if you don't have fat on your tummy...but look at her legs! it's another story there..
