Bad genetics. All I'm going to say. For example, look at Noah then look at the other girls.
She tries so hard to be older than what she is. I know she looks up to Miley and wants to be a lot like her, so that's probably where her trying to grow up fast stems from. I wore makeup when I was in 6th grade but no where near what Noah does, just maybe some mascara and some eyeshadow very rarely. She puts on so much eyeliner. None of her friends really appear to have make up on.
On another note, the girl in the middle of the second pictures is going to be really pretty when she gets older.

Seriously? A 12 year old wearing a dog collar necklace? This girl's Mom is something not to be admired, letting her kids dress up like this and publicly display it, but that's the Cyrus clan for ya! You'd never catch Selena dressing up like this.

I never really wore makeup till I was a sophmore in highschool. Generations today are growing up way to fast. Very sad.

what has she done to be calle a slut? nothing. you're usuing a completley wrong word here, if you want to say you find her annoying or whatever just say it. She's not a slut. She's a nice kid.
