Joe Jonas to perform at the Philly Fourth of July Jam. The Roots are slated to headline the event, which is being hailed as the 'largest free concert in America.' Last year's event drew over 500,000 attendees.
Additional performers this year include Queen Latifah, Daryl Hall, Common and Joe Jonas. The concert will start at noon on Independence Day on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
