Nick won't permanently leave NYC until the Jonas album is finished because Kevin still lives there. He will be in NYC at least until the end of the year.

Los Angeles is such a fake place. New York is more artsy and inspirational. He always has a smile on his face when he's here. So guarantee someday he will settle here. He could have left here right after the play ended a few months ago. But he stayed.
