Source told PEOPLE about Taylor Swift, 22, and Conor Kennedy, 18: 'They have been dating for a bit. She is swept off her feet.' Filmmaker Rory Kennedy told ABC: 'Taylor really just loves my mother [Ethel Kennedy], which is so sweet.
I'm a huge fan of hers, I have young girls and we had been to a few of her concerts. I met with her at one of them, and she had read a ton of books about our family. She was inspired and wrote a song.'

Though I don't know Taylor personally or any of the guys she has dated, there could be some truth to your first paragraph. She seems extremely clingy and possessive and that could possibly contribute to her break ups, but like I said I don't know her or her relationships. Just saying that from observations.
The last part made me laugh though hahah.

The media is the only one who portrays Taylor in a positive light with her relationships. If you read any blogs or the comments everyone is constantly commenting how she has a new boyfriend everyday. And that she's probably clinging and possessive. Honestly; I think the reason the
media portrays Taylor in a positive light in all aspects of her life is because she is graceful and gracious. She is a good role model for the audience she is trying to appeal too and she is always kind and very genuine. If she was obnoxious like Miley; someone who comes off very ungrateful and whiny then they would probably be calling her a slut for dating a lot. Same time with someone like Jennifer Anistion the media loves her so they praise her relationships. But someone like Rihanna they would call a slut. I mean it just depends on whether the media likes you or not.
Very true! Its Taylor the person that media loves. And she deserves it. She is always very polite, classy, grateful, charitable etc.
But at the same time media makes her look bad with those relationship stories. Its pretty clear that she is not dating every dude she has lunch with or just exchanges a few words. But people seem to care about Taylor´s lovelife so much that its profitable for tabloids to keep speculating and pairing her with dudes.
It scares me how many times she's been dumped and hurt :"( yet still, like everyone of us, she still manages to put a smile & laugh about it.
