Heard someone call my name and it was Noah, she ran up and gave me a big hug, her smile lights up the area!
Such a great kid. Love the whole family I went over to her sister Brandi's show at Bardot the other night. Sounded great as always! Love her band Frank and Derol.

You guys are either lying through your teeth because Noah's a celebrity and Miley's sister or the 2% minority visit oceanup. When I was 12, girls already wore makeup. . . it was fun. I wore mascara, eyeshadow, pencil liner and lipstick. But also when you're 12, a picture of you without makeup is NBD. You were JUST not wearing makeup a few years ago!!! At this point, wearing makeup is just as common as not----each is fresh on the brain.

12 yos don't wear make up. I am almost 13 and none of my friends wear it. We may put on mascara for our sports banquet but no one wears it just day to day. Why would she want to?

My sentiments exactly people. I never wore make up on the daily until I went to University. Even there, its very light stuff and we have a lot of days when we don't wear make up. I guess Americans are just different. You have a lot more opportunity to wear it. We weren't allowed make up at school and all schools here wear uniforms etc We don't have school dances and stuff to go to either. We only have 2 dances. One at the end of primary school and one at the end of high school and only that class and your chosen partner can attend. So yeah, maybe its just a different lifestyle thing. She is in the spotlight also. We can't judge. Those Jenner girls used to really paint their faces at 12, that was hectic.

Why does Sarah M always insist on making up these elaborate stories to go with her pictures? No one believes that Noah stopped you as you exited Coffee Bean (not noticing her at all) and then ran up and gave you a hug. You stalked her as you do the Cyrus family daily with your pap friends and waited for her to come out so you could get a picture. Congrats on having such an active imagination though. I only wish you could apply it to your clothes, hair, and makeup.
When everyone's saying they didn't wear make up till there late teens and i started to at 11 along with 90% of my class
we started early as well. i was about 12 when i started to use make up on a daily base. Simply mascara and i can tell that in my grade almost every girl did. so stop hating on it, she should know what she does, just saying.

They smile and take pictures with you mostly because they are creeped out at what you might do if they say no! If you guys are such BFF's then perhaps she wouldn't mind taking you with her to get your hair done and a make over?

Who cares how old you were when YOU started wearing make up, we were born in the 90's which is MUCH different than this time and age, Noah looks good with and without makeup so I don't see the problem and the pointless drama y'all are causing over her wearing makeup cause she's 12.
