Miley was in Philadelphia the other day where i live.Shes chill as fuck. Me and my friends were hanging around smoking a cig and she also asked to use my lighter. she can afford 1000$ to get her hair did but cant invest in a lighter? lol nah but shes cool.not a big fan but she seems like a cool person to chill with !!!!

Really people. She is allowed to smoke if she wants to. Does it kill people? Yes? So does motorbikes, vehicles, aeroplanes, etc. You can get killed just walking down the street. My hair is naturally like golden blonde, i decided to dye my hair and they make it look kinda redish in the roots. So now i dont really want to spend much money in my hair lol.

1000$? In the past I've gotten a haircut that looks very similar, if not better (cause the blonde looks fake imo), for 60 bucks! Her hair's cute, but no haircut is worth 1000$. There are better things to spend your money on. And she keeps it in a bun half the time too, so you really don't see it.
