Joe Jonas Not In Competition With Demi
Joe Jonas is NOT in competition with Demi Lovato between The Next and The X Factor. He told E! 'Luckily it's not a competition between shows. I'm happy for Demi. I think it's good for her. She can bring something to the show that's really important, it's the fact that she's gone through a lot in her life and dealt with a lot and the fact that she can talk about that on the show and help young artists.'
On Nick judging American Idol: 'I'm crossing my fingers Nick gets that. They just need to hurry up and make up their minds.. I think he'd be the tough-love judge. Nick would be pretty serious with his stuff. But I think his dry sense of humor would be pretty hilarious on television against Mariah.'

well tbh.. he's not in the running so theres no competition. his show is pretty much irrelevant. it's just x-factor vs amrican idol vs the voice. no other singing competition matters.
I think Joe did great on The Next. Loved the song he chose for his contestant to sing. She did really well when she sang it. He was more serious than usual, but it was nice to see that side of him. Impressed with him as a mentor.

It's better to be on the show that's different than the others. We're all getting tired of all the ones that have copied American Idol. Joe's show is different cause the local audience is choosing who goes to the final show. How many other shows have a celebrity taking a shower with you?

And the only reason why Demi is relevant is because of the Jonas Brothers. Oops. Did she ever get a Grammy nod? No. And sure, The Next didn't get a lot of views, but it's a new show. Give it some time. It might come out to be the best thing on the CW.
