Joe Jonas TV Addict interview: The Jonas Brothers made it through the often perilous journey that is growing up in Hollywood virtually unscathed. How did you do it? Family. The fact that our family put the time, effort and money into their son’s dreams was amazing, and it was that sort of support system which has always been so valuable as we got older.
Right now the likes of One Direction and The Wanted are enjoying their fifteen minutes in the spotlight. Is that something you pay attention to? I’m happy for One Direction, the guys are great, I think they’re doing their thing and they look like they’re having a good time doing it. But for me, it’s not a comparison thing. Personally, I’m focused on what me and my brothers are doing and I think what kind of separates us is that we write our own music and play our own instruments, so we kind of just let our songs do our talking.
What’s the status of the band? We actually just announced a big show that we’re doing at Radio City Music Hall in New York which we’re really excited about. We’ve been in the studio now for a couple of weeks and have been working really hard on creating and coming up with new material.

He did really well singing, he sang with a different tone then what were used to until maybe the last 15-30 seconds, sounded as if he was a little out of breath.
Joe is so gorgeous. he looks even more handsome than before and his duet with Gloria was fabulous. I'm so excited to see him in October. I love this man

This was nice. More Gloria's style of music than Joe's, but his voice sounded great. And some people are going to hear it blending w/his brothers voices on October 11. Lucky them.

Personally, I thought he was good but not so much her. Things were fine (not his best performance however), then she came on and it was ok/borderline entertaining but whatever .... Joe is an utter sweetheart and will always appeal because or his undeniable/unmistakable sincerity ... everyone loves him (wellll almost) and he'll get on for as long as he's gorgeous & desired (count me in) ....
And people say Joe can't sing... smh

Loved it nice to hear him singing in a different style and shows that he really can sing. Some of his own recent music just sounded false and controlled. Hope the new Jonas Bros music shows what they can all really do.

Well I love the Jonas Brothers also but I also just looked on stub hub and there are a lot of unsold tickets for this concert on stub hub. ****Sigh*** I bet it's going to be a full house with or without that website! =D

The whole ticketmastet/stubhub thing just causes fan aggravation and anger. Stub hub is a ticket reselling agent for people who gouge the fans. It's glorified scalping and there should be some kind of safeguards against it. So do they really want fans to get so frustrated that they don't even try for tickets for any further concerts? Doesn't Nick realize that things like this helped to close his Broadway show? There were so many fans who didn't have the money to see a Broadway show and didn't realize all the expensive tickets they saw for How to Succeed on Stubhub could be had for reduced prices on the day of the show.

I actually have thought about them together before; mainly when they hosted the WE day thing together last year. They would be a very attractive couple together, but I'll always before Nina/Ian... Mianly because I'll always be for Elena/Damon 'cause I'm just a sucker for Damon.
