Paper Mag interview. Did you not have to alter your diet when you were playing shows with the Jonas Brothers? It's a different kind of singing, I'd say. It's really a different kind of vocal stamina. How so?
The placement of the voice for pop music & then for theater [is different]. I have a distinctly different sounding theater voice than I do for the kind of band-oriented stuff I do. It's not that my voice is different by any means but it's just a different placement in my diaphragm. [I need to] stay healthy for eight shows a week. Do you have any dream roles? There are a few. What's been really interesting is I've sort of had to adjust my list now because one of them was Marius and I was able to play Marius last year [in Les Misérables] and one of them was Finch and now I've been able to do that. As far as the rest go, I think that a revival of Miss
Saigon would be great [and me] playing Chris. Do you think that you and your brothers will record again? We've already started thinking about the next step for the brothers. The great thing about the theater schedule is I've got the days free for the most part when I'm not doing press. I've got the days free to create and I've set up a home studio in my apartment here, which is fun. & I get a fair amount of work done in here without having to travel. You may even see some new Jonas material out sooner than you think.
So another thing I wanted to talk about is the fact that you're 19 and while many people your age are studying and partying in college, you're starring on Broadway. Have you ever wanted a more typical young adulthood and did you ever want to go to college?
I've been really fortunate to be able to do what I love without an education and I definitely did consider, and even went as far as visit, a couple colleges and think about whether or not that was what I wanted to do. This was probably about two years ago. I finished school a little early I finished when I was 16 so I had two years to consider [college]. I would've wanted to go to college to study English as well as Journalism actually.
It didn't really turn out that's not the way things went for me. Things were kind of different because that was in the heat of things for my brothers and I and it's been an amazing life since then so I'm really grateful. It's always in the back of my mind that maybe one day I will go [to college] but for now I'm content where I am. There's no regrets. Life's too short.

when you live in newyork people mostly dressed in dark color because of the weather, you can't wear bright color because it looks weird and unprofessional, also the bright colors will get dirty and filthy with the snow and roads, because in new york between the train, and cabs, buses and restaurant is better to wear dark clothes because everything gets dirty fast over there!plus dark colors look more professional and more elegant in new york!
I know I lived in new york for a long time and dark color are like normal over there!
i think none of the jonas brothers are handsome or near hot.

IKR? I saw Selena in person and she's not as skinny as people think. I saw Miley in person and she has a perfect figure. I saw Demi in person and she has an even better body than most people think. And Taylor Swift actually looks normal. The problem is these people haven't seen the celebs close up.
i think the other guys in the photo are actors in Godspell, the show AnnaMaria is in sine Hunter Parrish, who is also in the play is in the photo too (far right)

Mimi, please. I live in New York NOW, and I see bright yellow jackets, white pants, and every color of the spectrum now. Daniel Radcliffe's own girlfriend walks around in a red petticoat, and I walk around in the same jacket in green. I don't know why you think it's cool to know about what colors New Yorkers wear when we're all so different, but you look ridiculous when you're wrong.
and also, there has been almost NO snow this winter here, so I don't know what you're talking about with the snow making things dirty. the snow itself gets dirty, but most people in light clothing don't go rolling around in snow.

I'm from Upstate, so I think I have a good say on this subject, considering we get more snow than the city.
Uh, it's February and we have no snow in the slightest, I wore a purple sweater today. It was pastel. And I fit right in.
People wear black, because typically that's how businessmen dress, they dont have to dress like that. You conform too easily and have no idea what you're talking about. I love his scarf, personally. (:

I'd be happy if they made music together again. Just to show themselves as a mature band and show how they've grown as artists. They have lost fans, but they can keep the ones they have left by giving them what they want the most. And if it's good, they will gain some new fans.
I miss his old style.
