I'd have to say Selena wore them better, as her outfit is much more put together and matches well, whereas Miley looks as though she threw whatever she could reach on. now, this is just how Miley dresses, and if she's happy with how she looks and dresses, then no one should say anything. but if it were me, and I was given the choice and asked, "which way would you wear the tights?" I would pick Selena's way.

I think Miley doesnt need to prove anything to anyone.

Miley has kinda a rockish laid-back style. And i dont think that kind of tights go with the outfit.
But Miley loves tights and she wore it several times and she looked really good.

Okay, so a lot of people are saying that Miley has better legs and curves and stuff than Selena, but it doesn't matter if you have a great body if you don't wear the right clothes. In this pic, you can't even see Miley's "great curves" or legs or whatever. She just looks trashy. No one says that Miley needs to wear dresses and super cute clothes all the time when she goes out, but seriously, you have to TRY to dress the way she does. Selena doesn't look all dressed up and classy all the time, even when she's just relaxing, but for the most part, she dresses well. It's never trashy- unless you count her being in the airport at 3 in the morning. She wears sweats too, she goes out without make up on, but she never looks as bad as Miley. I mean, seriously, you have to TRY to dress THAT BAD.

I used to be a fan of Miley and not a fan of Selena, but now, Miley has disappointed me. Selena is always so nice and she takes care of herself. Miley doesn't anymore and that's just sad. I hope she figures out who she is before it's too late.
