He has really bad posture. In the last couple of pictures he's slouching so much he looks like a monkey dragging their knuckles along the floor.
And personally, I don't find him very attractive. I know a ton of 17 year old guys and they are WAY more muscular than Bieber. And I have a ton of friends who follow him on twitter but don't find him sexy at all. So the number of twitter followers doesn't matter.
