I think that the outfit just isn't that flattering on her. The shorts don't seem to have the best fit on her, like they're too big on her. If they were better fitted, they would look great. I don't like demi at all but she's not fat .You're comparing her to naturally skinny girls who do not put on weight even when they eat. She's normal for a girl her age but we see her different or "big" because our perspective of body shape is affected by hollywood standards. When I was like 15 I used to do everything to look skinny and I still do find skinny bodies a better option than a little larger ones but idgaf anymore LOL .If she's comfortable with her body then let her be. amen. She is one of the skinniest girls I've ever laid eyes on. She's thin, but not in a bad way. She has one of the healthiest looking figures I've ever seen.
The whole outfit is bad. The top shortens her torso drastically and the high-waisted, bright shorts make her hips (and crotch) look bigger than they are for an overall unflattering look. The tan is awkward with the blond hair and the blond is awkward with the pink. She has no clue how to flatter her shape. And the jacket! With the boots!...
