just because its a mixtape doesnt mean its suppose to be autotuned. mixtape does not mean remix though many mixtapes include covers and remakes of other songs. mixtapes are basically a sample of what that artists can do or experiments with different sounds. mixtapes are usually made to get the artist signed and attention but already signed artists use them to sample a new sound or give fans a taste of future music.

I remember watching her record her part in the Studio (the video) and she sounded really good IMO. I think the song is catchy, but I don't think any of Miley's music will have this exact feel.
