Nick Jonas, the 19-year-old musician and actor has leased an apartment in a celeb-friendly Chelsea building in New York, listed for rent at $23,000 per month. The apartment is owned by NHL player Scott Gomez and previously occupied by designer Marc Jacobs.
It was also previously leased to Boardwalk Empire and Entourage executive producer Stephen Levinson, who likely brought his good buddy Mark Wahlberg around to hang out on the unit’s well-equipped terrace.
