Joe didn't have the curly hair in 2010, he had it curly in 2009 and cut it late 2009. His hair in these pics is not as long as he had it http://images.teamsugar.com/getty/p1/2009/06/13/GYI0057678678_xxlarge.jpg that's why it looks different, it's bed hair. Not sure if Joe is growing out the curls like before or if he's keeping it short.
