demi has never been the natural one. She has always worn a huge amount of makeup and dyed the crap out of her hair. You must not be a big fan of hers, otherwise you would know Demi used to wear all that dark emo makeup and she still cakes her face in makeup even now.
Miley is a lot more natural than those two girls. Do you not see her, she is always fresh faced, casually dressed, hair just done up or down in a simple style.

I got to be front row last night. She herself said she loved doing a smaller show like house of blues (which we sold out!) and she loves how much about the music it was.
