Humm, why are the paps there, well let see, they are in Philly because Liam is film a movie. I like a a small city and they film a movie here a couple of years ago, and guess, there were paps following around the stars. Having said that I think its funny that she is wearinga dress with a train and said she doesn't like to wear them at award show because people, especially her dad step on them all the time. I'm looking at one right now: Kelly Ripa & her family in Manhattan, Madonna in Tel Aviv, Catherine Zeta-Jones in the Bahamas, Justin Timberlake in Arkansas, Mariah Carey in Capri, etc...
The paparazzi are EVERYWHERE, NOT just Los Angeles. They have ways of finding out what movies are being filmed in their cities, where the stars will be staying, etc, etc.
I agree that Miley probably calls the paparazzi every once in a while but god you people are ALWAYS jumping to conclusions.
