A fan tweeted a copy of Harry Styles' birth certificate and Anne Cox is pissed, she tweeted in response: 'why would you even have that??' The image was retweeted by a One Direction Twitter news feed. A birth certificate is a public record that can be obtained by request, so someone must have tracked it down.

I agree! I can't actually believe they would just give someone that is not a legal guardian or any relation to that person. You would think that the government would think, "Oh, they're a celebrity. We should make sure no one can get their birth certificate unless it's them or their parents." The government is pretty stupid to do that. Public domain or not, there should be laws saying who can obtain such information. Besides, Gemma said on Twitter that his name is Harry Edward Styles, not Harold Edward Styles. People need to leave them alone. Good for Anne for being pissed! That's just wrong.
