First of all, you are both wrong and insulting to anyone who is diabetic. It's not something to joke about. Those types of problems don't occur for every diabetic and usually occur only when diabetes is not controlled or properly managed.

Not all diabetics get all the side effects. Why would we need to say ANYTHING about such personal issues? Nick has always taken good care of his diabetes. Most of the time you would never know he has a pump on 24/7. He is very healthy and doesn't seem to have any side effects.
