Don't know. Nick was just renting in NYC and when he left, he was carrying luggage so maybe he left for good. But I dunno, maybe he was just annoyed with all the paps outside his house due to Katie, and he's waiting for things to calm down to go back. Joe is currently there filming his show he'll probably be back in LA later this week and Kevin lives in New Jersey with Dani.
He bought the penthouse in LA, he was just renting in NYC. At the W, he can be in his own little world. It has restaurants, a pool, a gym, underground garage and a subway. He can date people and no papps would even know. That's why no one knew about Delta till they decided to go public.
