1.Russel Brand kept forgetting about Harry Potter.
2.Jennifer Lawrence winning Best Actress over Emma Watson. (I LOVE JLaw, but feel like Emma deserved it more.)
3.Josh winning Best Actor over Daniel.'
4.Fucking Rob and Kristen beating out Rupert and Emma for Best Kiss. That still has me fuming.
5. Twilight winning movie of the year. Bahahaha.

Least The Hunger Games won more than Twilight but The Hunger Games definitely deserved Best Movie of the Year since it was release this year and it also broke Twilight's box office records and has been more critically acclaim (unlike Twilight all its films have mixed to negative reviews) but I guess reviews don't really count in these awards -.-
But still THG became popular very fast and gets less hate than Twilight..
Harry Potter movies never wins a lot of awards. I hate Twilight and the whole plot of it. And I'm sorry but i hated the Hunger games so much!!!!! It was like a violent version of the wiggles. like wtf with the costumes and stuff?> and on top of that they ended the movie with the biggest cliff hanger in the history of ever! i get they just want people to watch the 2nd one but come it...harry deserved to win everything and more and idk what anyone says.

I think it's because HP is British and THG and Twishit are "American". That is LITERALLY the ONLY thing I can think of that might explain why HP is nominated for awards, yet constantly not winning. Breaking Dawn isn't good enough to be entitled 'movie of the year'. That should've been Harry Potter. JLaw was amazing so I love the fact that she won best actress but Emma's amazing too. And Twilight always wins the best kiss. So no big surprise.
To everyone complaining about who deserved to win and who didn't: Realize it is the MTV Movie Awards, not the Academy Awards. If you want to be frank, the only movie worth being nominated for anything on that list is The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo. Calm down guys, there's a bunch of other awards shows around that'll also disappoint you.

Dude I agree with you. Especially for 4., I've waited TEN FREAKING YEARS and it doesn't even win an award. I don't think Josh and Jen should've won over Dan and Emma, no offence, they were great but Dan & Emma have spent 10 years (which feels like longer) with their characters, and Josh and Jen will spend 4 at most. It was probably fixed, anyway.

In my opinion. Harry Potter should have won. They are amazing movies, and books. and the cast is amazing, each and everyne of them. Definitely better than a girl who sleeps with a dead man, and loves a wolf. and2 kids fighting to the death, in what i must say, was nt a good movie at all. They all dod great. But Harry Potter comes out on top in my books, even if they got beaten out by the gayest shit ever!

Coming from a Harry Potter fan, I always hated when people tried to make this argument. First of all, Bella and Jacob never had sex, they just kissed (and only while he was in human form anyway), and I know many people that kiss their pets. Furthermore, Tonks married Lupin and had a baby with him. Clearly, they had sex, yet no one calls their relationship bestiality. We could always take this one step further and call every relationship with an Animagus involved bestiality, but I'll keep this only werewolf-related to keep it simple.
